It could be so condusive if the existing government allowed this to pass or happen. For whatever we have seen in the past, the brutal arrests,death threats, buying off members of the forth estate with money promises and the disorganisation among different opposition parties would make it difficult to achieve this.
However, If the issue of national dialogue is to be achieved, different parties need to put their ego aside starting with the leaders of different parties, the country's elders and then NRM has to give way to this.
Take note Uganda has power hungry people who are also working hard to frustrate the proceedings of National Dialogue
